Movement practice

to move and to be moved
In collaboration with Jason Round (MoveMoreMP)
In Movement Practice is a type of movement training that focuses on the development of movement skills in different areas.
It includes a variety of movements designed to challenge and improve the whole body, such as handstands, jumps, throws and much more.
The movement skills trained in movement practice range from physical strength and endurance to flexibility, coordination and balance.
The aim is to challenge the body in a variety of ways and to develop the ability to move safely and smoothly in different movement situations.
An important aspect of movement practice is the ability to adapt to and master new movements and challenges, as well as getting to know your body better and being able to better control individual segments.
The training is usually very variable and creative and often includes exercises that are reminiscent of different sports and disciplines, whereby you can also fit all the movements into your own practice like pieces of a puzzle.
What has definitely helped me on this path is the Kung Fu training at the Kempo Kung Fu School Olten, the Movement classes from Movemoremp and the regular workshops I attend, including those by Nil Teisner, Sarah Benzarti, Bruno Caverna and many more.
Krafttraining
Strengthen body & mind
Strength training refers to a form of physical training that focuses on strengthening muscles.
It can be performed with free weights or machines.
Strength training can have many benefits for the body and mind. Training the muscles not only improves physical strength, but also strengthens the bones and optimises posture.
In addition, strength training can help boost the metabolism, which in turn promotes weight loss and fat burning.
Strength training can also be beneficial for the mind. It can help to boost self-confidence and self-esteem by challenging yourself and making progress in your training.
It can also help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
