Every body is different. How we react to stimuli, what drives us and what our limits are is individual.

With personal training, a non-binding appointment is made for an initial consultation with an assessment of your current situation, medical history and sports tests.
Here I work with regular one-to-one training, a training plan which is adjusted every 6 weeks and videos of the exercises with explanations and instructions.

The training can take place outside, in the gym or at your home.

In collaboration with Rope Fitness - where the Personal trainings are held.

Do you want to be able to train regardless of time and place? Here too, you will receive a training plan that is perfectly tailored to you.

 

In addition, there is a non-binding initial consultation, a location determination, training plans with videos and description, monthly or weekly review / analysis.

Depending on your wishes, you can specify whether you would like video analysis or online support via Zoom or WhatsApp video call.
