Over the course of 12 weeks, we work together on your training foundations — either online (with a personalized training plan, exercise videos, lifetime access, and detailed feedback on your technique) or, if you prefer, through 1:1 sessions in person or via video call*. You tell me your goal, and together we create an individualized plan designed to support your progress long term.
This program isn’t about chasing quick fixes like a six-pack in a few weeks or rapid weight loss. It’s about truly learning how to train — building knowledge, structure, and habits that will move you forward sustainably.

Personal Training


Every body is different. How we react to stimuli, what drives us and what our limits are is individual.
With personal training, a non-binding appointment is made for an initial consultation with an assessment of your current situation, medical history and sports tests.
Here I work with regular one-to-one training, a training plan which is adjusted every 6 weeks and videos of the exercises with explanations and instructions.
The training can take place outside, in the gym or at your home.
In collaboration with Rope Fitness - where the Personal trainings are held.
