Rice Cakes with Avocado-Feta Spread and Salmon

Ingredients:
Rice cakes (optional: corn cakes, whole grain rice cakes, other types of cakes or bread)
Avocado
Feta
Salmon (or chicken breast, jerky, vegetables, or whatever you prefer)
Rice Cakes with Avocado-Feta Spread and Salmon
Preparation:For one person, use half an avocado and a quarter block of feta, or you can also use the whole avocado with half the feta block to leave leftovers or prepare for multiple people.
Mash the avocado and feta with a fork.
Spread it on the rice cakes, add any topping you like – and it's ready!

If you prefer a less fat-heavy option, you can use turkey breast or chicken breast or go without meat – just with vegetables. These are mostly healthy fats.
